I should already be in college, but I'm not because I don't have the money to go. My FAFSA hasn't come in yet, I didn't get any scholarships that I applied for, and I don't qualify for any of the loans I looked at.


I don't think the people I live with really want me to go to college or care if I go or they would be doing more to help me get the money to go. They also keep asking me how am I going to get there and when I say I'm going to stay in the dorms so that I can walk to my classes they ask how am I going to pay for it, well if they help me get some money to go and go with me to fill out the paperwork for a Pell Grant and then if my FAFSA comes in I'll have some to go toward my tuition and that. Then I'll do a work study while there and use that to pay for the rest.

I really don't think they care though.

I say this because they have not done anything they said they would do to try and help get the money. When I do mention something to do they don't say much and then just forgets it and not say anything else.
